Information you give us

When you fill out a contact or estimate form, we collect your name, email address, phone number and message. We use it to reply to you, schedule a visit, prepare a quote and do the work you ask for.

Form messages are delivered to us by email through Resend, an email delivery service, and kept in our business email.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours uses a few outside services that collect some information when you visit:

• Google Analytics tells us which pages people visit, how they found the site, what kind of device and browser they use, and their approximate location based on IP address. It uses cookies. We use it to see what's useful on the site. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on, and read Google's privacy policy.
• Meta Pixel lets Meta (Facebook and Instagram) know that you visited, so we can measure our ads and show ads to people who have been to the site. Meta may connect this to your Facebook or Instagram account. You can control this in your Facebook ad preferences and read Meta's privacy policy.
• Instagram feed. The photo feed near the bottom of each page is provided by Elfsight. Loading it connects your browser to Elfsight and Instagram, which may set their own cookies.
• Google Fonts. The site's font loads from Google, so Google sees your IP address when the page loads.
• Cloudflare hosts the site and protects it from attacks. It processes IP addresses and basic request details to deliver pages and block abuse.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. The services above use them to count visits and measure ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it with anyone except the services listed above that help run the site, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep form messages as long as we need them to answer you and for normal business records like quotes, invoices and warranty work. Analytics and advertising data are kept by Google and Meta under their own policies.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@minshall-concrete.com or call 918.527.9524 and we'll take care of it within 30 days.

Children

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
